- Include your full name and the date of purchase.
- We confirm your request, usually within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
After 7 days
Requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.
